Ticket Terms and Conditions for the Crusty Demons 2010 Beyond The Apocalypse Australian Regional Tour

You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer ("you") agree with GAS Touring 10 Pty Ltd. ("the Promoter") to the following terms and conditions:

This ticket is sold subject to the following terms and conditions and may be revoked by PROticket for any breach. The ticket holder ("the Customer") will be required to leave the venue without refund if he/she breaches any of these conditions, violates any law or interferes with other patron's enjoyment of the event. This ticket is sold by PROticket as agent for GAS Touring 10 Pty Ltd ("the Seller") who is responsible for this event ("the Event") and is subject to the Seller's additional terms and conditions of sale available at www.crustydemonslive.com as well as the following conditions:

1. The Event may be rescheduled in whole or part to the day after the scheduled event date if necessary, at a time determined by the Seller, due to adverse weather or other adverse conditions as deemed by the Seller. Any such rescheduling will be notified. In this case, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please keep your ticket. 2. There are no transfers, exchanges or refunds on ticket prices, booking or courier fees except as required by law. PROticket's and Seller's liability is limited to refunding the ticket price where the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled. To receive a refund, you must within 30 days of the Event, e-mail the ticket with your details to info@proticket.com.au or mail the ticket with your details to 3/22 Portside Crs Maryville, 2307

3. The ticket purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for ensuring this ticket is not copied and/or used fraudulently. (Please note: the bar code on this purchase is unique to this purchase - it will be scanned and accepted as entry to the Event once only).

4. The Seller may add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute riders and performers, advertised events or performances. The Seller may also interrupt, shorten, bring forward, delay or stop the Event due to circumstances beyond its control.

5. In addition to the ticket price, the Customer has paid a booking fee (and where applicable a courier charge) to PROticket. The fee relates to the booking and support services provided by PROticket and is not refunded where the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, except where required by law.

6. PROticket reserves the right to charge the Customer a fee for the replacement of tickets.

7. The following items may be prohibited from the Event - still, video or movie cameras (including mobile phones with these functions), audio and/or video recorders, banners, goods intended for sale and/or any item which may injure or annoy other persons or hamper/impede the conduct of the Event including chairs, umbrellas, platforms or anything that can be used to erect platforms or obstruct the view of patrons.

8. The Customer consents to and will permit the search and inspection of their person and/or possessions (including clothing and bags) at any time, including upon entry into the venue, other than for infants or medical reasons.

9. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the rules relating to the venue. No food or beverage, unsealed drink containers, eskis or glass receptacles may be taken into the venue. No gang colours, patches or other items that signify gang membership may be displayed at the Event. No illegal substances or weapons of any nature may be brought into the venue. No animals may be brought into the venue.

10. Entry will be refused and no refund given if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way. Tickets are void if on-sold, traded, scalped, used to artificially inflate the value of another item and/or are not purchased directly from PROticket.

11. All complaints and/or claims in relation to the Event are the sole responsibility of the Seller. PROticket has no liability to the Customer except as required by law.

12. The Customer releases and indemnifies the Seller and PROticket against any loss, damage, claim or demand (whether personal injury, death or property damage) suffered by the Customer, the Seller (and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees), PROticket or any third party which occurs as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Customer's acts or omissions (whether negligent or otherwise) or the Customer's non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

13. Freestyle motocross is a dangerous sport. It is a condition of the Customer's entry into the venue that the Customer releases and indemnifies the Seller (and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees), PROticket and the venue from any loss, damage, claim or demand arising as a consequence of the Customer's attendance at the Event.

14. Customers are reminded that it is your responsibility to proceed to and from the venue safely and exercising all due care. The Seller accepts no liability for any loss, damage, death or injury arising from Customers' journey to and from the venue or from the parking of vehicles at or near the venue.

15. The Customer's personal information is gathered, stored and used in accordance with the PROticket's privacy policy. This policy is available at www.proticket.com.au/terms.asp.
