How do I contact PROticket?

How do I collect my tickets?

When purchasing a ticket you will be given ticket retrieval options. Please select the appropriate method.

You can pickup your ticket(s) from the PROticket Agency you purchased it from. Or at the Event's Prebooked Ticket Collection Office. Or you can print your ticket at home. Or have your ticket sent to you by standard mail, registered mail, or overnight express mail (note an extra costs for delivery will apply).
 
How do I get a refund for purchased tickets?

As PROticket is not the event organiser it does not have the right to refund tickets.

PROticket does not have a refund policy per se, as each cancelled or rescheduled event must be taken in its own right under its own particular circumstances.

PROticket will take a fee for refunding tickets as a result of cancelled, interrupted or postponed events, not more than the sum of the ticketing fee and the transaction fee, charged in respect to all sales.
 
What if a show is cancelled?

In the event the show is cancelled contact Proticket administration on 02 4915 2345 for refund procedures.

How do I unsubscribe from the PROticket Newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the PROticket Newsletter please login to the PROticket website and edit your membership details to turn off the newsletter option.
