  1. This competition is a promotion run by PROticket and eleven (11) participating registered PROticket Agencies ABN 40 111 819 688 ("Promoter").

  2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  3. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

  4. The competition commences 17 October 2011 at 9am and closes 5pm on 2 March 2012. The competition winner will be determined at 4.55pm on 18 March 2012 at Ausgrid Stadium at 294 Turton Road, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292

  5. There will be one major prize of a Hyundai i20 and eleven (11) bonus prizes of double entry into the corporate box at Ausgrid Stadium at 294 Turton Road, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292 on the 18 March 2012. Total prize pool is valued at $26,940.

  6. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  7. Entry is by purchasing a Newcastle Jets regular season home game ticket from one (1) of the eleven (11) participating PROticket agencies. Once the Newcastle Jets ticket is purchased, an entry form is received by the purchaser. The purchaser must fill in the entry form to be eligible to win the car key and free entry to the PROticket corporate box.

  8. The draw to determine the winners of the car keys will take place on the 6 March 2012. There will be one car key awarded at each of the eleven (11) participating PROticket Agencies, and only members that purchased from that agency are eligible to win the key that may start the engine to the Hyundai i20 and free entry into the PROticket corporate box event.

  9. Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like, by filling out multiple entry forms, however only one car key will be awarded per entrant regardless of the number of times their entries are drawn.

  10. Total number of keys to be won is eleven (11). There will be one (1) key winner from each of the eleven (11) PROticket agencies. The winner of the car key from each of the eleven (11) participating PROticket Agencies will win free entry for themselves and a guest to the final Newcastle Jets regular season home game at Ausgrid Stadium at 294 Turton Road, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292 on the 18 March 2012 and entry for for themselves and their guest into the PROticket corporate box event on the day, which will be fully catered.

  11. The winner will be determined when one of the 11 car keys starts the engine of the Hyundai i20 and the Hyundai i20 vehicle prize will be presented to the winner in person, at the participating dealership, Kloster Hyundai at 18 Tudor Street Hamilton, NSW, 2303. Competition results will be published in PROticket, PROticket Agency, Kloster Group and Hunter Sports Group print, radio, on line and television media following the presentation of the prize.

  12. Car key winners who cannot be present on the 18 March 2012 at Ausgrid Stadium at 294 Turton Road, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292 can send a proxy on their behalf and must advise PROticket on 1300 12 10 12 forty eight (48) hours prior to the 18 March 2012.

  13. The major prize winner will receive a Hyundai i20, manual transmission vehicle in a predetermined colour, subject to availability and valued at up to $14,990 including registration, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date that the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.

  14. Additional insurance, accessories and options, petrol, service and maintenance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.

  15. Regardless of their location, the prize winner will collect the car from Kloster Hyundai’s dealership at 18 Tudor Street Hamilton NSW. The prize winner is required to sign a standard PROticket talent release form permitting unlimited use of their photo and comments in PROticket promotions following the announcement of the winner of the competition.

  16. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  17. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. The Promoter may use or disclose entrant's personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy.

  18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter's opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in NSW as may be required.

  19. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize[s] or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
