Feast on an artisan banquet this year featuring antipasto with marinated olives, cheese, cured meats and vegetables; freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters, chilled fresh prawns, honey glazed ham on the bone, freshly made salads, carvery of roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing and roasted sirloin of beef, roasted vegetables, gravy and Christmas trimmings. Plus a delicious selection of desserts including Christmas pudding with brandy custard, tortes, cakes, sliced fruit and a cheese board. Selection of premium teas and coffee also available.
